📢 Shell Oman Marketing Company is Hiring – Internal Auditor

Shell Oman is looking for a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join their team. The candidate must meet mandatory regulatory requirements and possess strong auditing, compliance, and analytical skills. This role is open for Omani nationals only.

🔹 Regulatory Mandatory Requirements

As per FSA Circular No. 27/2021, the candidate must hold one of the following:

• Chartered Accountant Certificate
• Professional Certificate in Internal Audit
• Professional IT Audit Certification

👉 Omani nationals who do not hold the above certifications may apply if they:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
• Have completed 12 months of relevant training

🔹 Other Job Requirements

• Preferably CIA, CISA, or CMIIA certified
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit
• Omani Nationality is required
• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good project management and coordination abilities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Bi-lingual (Arabic & English)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls
• Participate in risk assessment and audit planning
