• Ability to liaise with clients and manage project modifications

🔹 Cost Control Manager (Civil)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation

• Proficient with project management and financial tools

• Skilled in monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and reporting

• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and optimizing costs
